We take training and development very seriously at Divine Global Health. We believe in training our staff to enhance quality care services. This is why we invest so much time and energy into the training and on-going development of all of our care staff.
Each carer undergoes an induction programme learning how to deliver a high level of care in the Amber Home Carer way. We are committed to delivering a high quality service every time.
Many of our existing carers are degree level educated and have vast experience of working in care. Their on-going training and career development is paramount to what we do. All of our carers are placed on an on-going training plan; constantly developing their skills to continually improve our service. Training in specialist conditions such as Dementia, Diabetes, Brain Injury, Huntington’s and Parkinson's are just a few examples of the courses our staff undergo.
Our management and training team will support your carer through their learning, including the completion of the QCF level 2 diploma in Health and Social care. Each member of Amber’s staff receives an annual performance review and supervisions every two months. Should your care needs change over time your carer will be fully trained and totally confident in meeting all of your needs.
